My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was superb, close to public transport and the center of Berlin, making sight-seeing convenient. The service was great, with helpful staff providing valuable information. However, the rooms, although clean and adequately equipped, didn't match the online pictures and had a disappointing bathroom. The hotel offered a good dining experience, but the room rates were a bit on the higher side.
